Did they change the Manchez exit guards in the Kortz center heist?

This happened to me 2 times today, I escaped with the Manchez and the guard above me heard me on the bike and the cops were considered alerted. Because of that, the auto aim helicopter that spawns right outside the museum shot me enough to make me lose 80k on both heists before I even made it down the hill. This never happened to me before this weekly update. Is there a way to not alert that guard?
