Miserable and irritable

It’s now 3 weeks since I started this journey of weight loss and 2 weeks on calorie deficit. Eating 1500 calories max. I’ve so far gone from 63kg to 59kg.

I am Female 31 and height 5ft5 . I am normal weight I know and I also appreciate that for some my goal of 55kg is too skinny but it’s my preference and I was this before. However since starting this I’ve noticed I’m more irritable. I don’t know what it is.
I’ve cut out sweets and chocolates completely, I had a walkers crisp cheese and onion flavour one day this week but other than that that’s all completely cut out everything sugary and fizzy drinks. I don’t know if it’s the sugar withdrawal but I’m annoyed and exhausted.

I didn’t think this through properly but for the first time ever I’ve taken appreciation for people over weight or obese. I will never ever think badly on why can’t people just lose weight. I’m ashamed that I had these thoughts and genuinely commend anyone going through this process. It’s actually hard and I know people say you get used to it but truthfully 3 weeks in and I’m fed. I’m determined to keep going but do feel bad.

I’ve stopped running now and switched to full on Pilates and 10K steps as I’m focusing on my abs

On the plus side I don’t have any chocolate cravings anymore which is great and saving money. But how do people keep going.
