Is Madrigals magic key to Spanish better as an audiobook or standard text?

Let me preface and say in general I have a history of short attention spans when it comes to most books. I have the book and perused it... I don’t doubt the usefulness it contains but it can be a little overwhelming. I wonder if I’m not alone and someone else has experience with the audiobook and if that’s better for absorption or if I just need to push through and organize smaller sessions with the book. It’s not available on any of my audiobook apps so I’d have to buy the book again
