[IWantOut] 29M India -> UK/NL

Confused where to move! UK or EU(possibly NL)

So, I was an UK resident 3 years back, for a year.
Then had to come back due to some family emergency and had to surrender my visa. I had thought would go back easily but it’s tough to get sponsored now.

But there’s a 0.001% chance that I might get it back. So basically my partner works in NL, but I am not sure in the long run as a techie which one would be much better?

UK or Netherlands. I know NL opens up door to so many countries in Europe that I can work for. But UK comes up with a comfort like my home country(given I am a SEA resident, I find more peeps from my country there).

So, please share some advice, given I will mostly be taking / going for citizenship wherever I move.
