What’s a fair price for a ‘26?

I’ve been shopping around for a ‘26 SI and am curious what others have paid. I’ve been to a few dealerships and one wanted $3k over MSRP and the other one said they might be able to do MSRP plus doc, title, tax with an OTD price of around $37,300. I’ve seen other posts with people paying much less. When I try to negotiate below MSRP they basically laugh and say they’ll wait for someone to buy it with market adjustments since SIs don’t come in very often.
