How long was your businesses "oh no it's over" period and how did you bounce back?

You know that burn rate people always mention? There's almost no more money to burn for us (less than 30 days).

This is after roughly 18 months of what could only be described as horrid "luck".

We're still fighting and i'm delusionally optimistic that something will change but in the meantime it would be a little helpful to take my mind off of this and read others comeback stories.
