Is it possible to refund an upgraded skin

I made a mistake and I'm hoping someone here has some advice. I bought a skin and fully upgraded it with Radianite, but instantly regretted it. I planned to just refund it i changed my screen to home and I was gonna quit the game but then my screen completely froze (low end laptop) When it finally unfroze and caught up, the game had already thrown me into a match with the skin equipped. I literally had zero intention of using it in-game.
