Need help – My Instagram reach completely collapsed

Hey everyone,

I'm the creator behind the Instagram account @pocket_podcast_, and I'm honestly at a loss.

For a long time, my content performed incredibly well. Some of my posts reached millions of views, and engagement was consistently strong. But over the past months, everything has changed.

My reach has dropped dramatically, I've lost a lot of followers, and my posts barely get shown to anyone anymore. It feels like no matter what I do, nothing works.

I've already tried:

- Posting at different times

- Testing different hashtags (and no hashtags)

- Changing captions

- Experimenting with different Reel formats

- Staying consistent

- Following Instagram's guidelines

Despite all of that, my reach hasn't recovered.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Did you figure out what caused it or how to fix it? I'd really appreciate any advice or ideas because I'm running out of things to try.
