Can I save my print?

At some point during the night my Ender 3 nozzle clogged up. The printer kept going, obviously. Is there anyway to get it back to the point it clogged up at? Can I edit the file somehow? It was 17 hours in on a 24 hour print. I did pause the print and turn the printer off. Please tell me I can save this print. 😭😭😭
