I’m in a dilemma

So I originally gone to Warhammer by starting a black Templar army, and then I got a death guard army so I could play my black Templars army in case somebody came over to my house. Now I like playing the death guard more than the black Templars but the thing is that I hate painting the models. I can spend the same amount of time to finish 3 models of black Templars as it takes to finish 1 death guard model. I love our models, I love our rules and detachments but the amount of guts or bones sticking out is so much and I get painters fatigue so quickly when I try to paint them.
