Has anyone else on gap year or moved to Brisbane recently?

Hi Luke here posting for another time 😭, i have moved from England to Brisbane 7 and 1/2 months ago for a gap year.

I am leaning more to stay at the moment and i have met some amazing people online and through work.

However, i have been struggling to find my own groups and ideally people my age 20s.
I’ve tried meetup events, eventbrite even dating apps and i am finding it difficult to find social activities or events.

About me i like to make art and visit art galleries or museums, weekly going to life drawing classes. i like comedy, horror and I frequently cycle or go to gym.

Also, i started to try photography.
I occasionally go to bars or dj gigs but not that often.
