iRacing stutters and freezes

During the past month, I've been having intermittent issues with iRacing stuttering and freezing. Most days it's fine, but then some days it'll keep stuttering with no way to fix it.

It only happens while driving, replays are completely fine.

I've googled and tried every solution I could find. Updated nvidia drivers, rolled back nvidia drivers, turned off nvidia in-game overlay.

I saw other people were having issues with Moza pit house, so I installed the latest version, reinstalled it, turned it off while in-game.

Also tried turning down the graphics in game to low.

And finally also tried turning off auto sleep for USB devices on Windows settings as I saw some people say that helped.

Tried running the game fullscreen and bordered.

All these solutions and the game is still stuttering and freezing. I don't know what else to try at this point.

32GB ddr4

Game is installed in a sata ssd
