Help finding a movie

I am trying to find an old movie I watched when I was younger. All I remeber is two sceens. I remeber the ending and the sceen before the ending. The movie is at least 10 years old, maybe up to 15 years old, as I watched a few sceens of it when I was a kid with my older sister. I was too scared so I often left the room, but I remeber two specific moments. Any help in finding this movie would be really appreciated.

Random Sceen: I think the main couple discovers what caused what ever us going on. As they find a man going crazy. His computers are full of static, and he has him self in a room duck taped on the outside as he seals him self in there. The main couple talk to him, and he goes on about how him and his friends made it, it wasn't supposed to be this way, and some line about the monsters beining his baby or they are having babies? I don't fully remeber. The guy then mentally crashes out and yell at them to leave, as he mutters incoherently and reseals him self in the room with duck tape on the outside of the door.

Ending: The main couple drive out of a city that was taken over by strange monsters. The narration goes something along the lines of they are leaving the city's, and that is their Domaine now, and they will live on the country side.
