Miles AND kilometres on runs

Hey guys,

Wondering if there is a way to show distance in miles and kilometres on Apple Watch Ultra for runs?

Native app preferably but open to use of a 3rd party app.

I work in miles but a friend I run with regularly works in kilometres and for doing sessions would be good to have a display of both miles and KMs

Cheers
