My cat hasn’t been able to keep food down for 3 days. I’m scared.

Hi everyone,

I’m really worried about my cat and I’m hoping someone can give me advice while I wait to get him to the vet this weekend.

For the past 3 days, every time he eats, he vomits everything back up. He still tries to eat sometimes, but he can’t keep any food down.

I’ve also noticed that he’s been hiding a lot, which is unusual for him. Another thing that worries me is that when I gently touch his belly, he reacts like it’s painful.
I’m really concerned because I won’t be able to get him to the vet until this weekend.

Is there anything I can do in the meantime to help him stay comfortable or prevent things from getting worse?

Has anyone experienced something similar? What did it end up being?
