Vertical black bars flickering across monitor in games, not visible in screen recordings.

GPU: 6800XT

In both Forza horizon 6 and Beamng this flickering has started happening across both my monitors, mostly black bars but sometimes random colors too.

It will sometimes stop and then come back again in waves, I'm really lost for what is causing it.

I thought it may be my GPU failing so I made a screen recording whilst it was happening and its not visible on the recording.

I also thought it may be my display cable or display but then I don't know why it would happen across both monitors.

If anyone has an idea for what else it could be I would appreciate it.
