question about kures

the site let me put some bottles of the opia 2000 in my cart but when i went to checkout it said “problem with item in cart” and then it showed no longer available. has this happened before and then they restocked (like in the past week or so) or are they just completely out? sucks because if they are now i gotta pay triple for the packs fml
