My doctor only tipped $3

I have my first appointment with a new doctor soon. I recently delivered to her 2ce and she only tipped about $3 each time. Not a huge meal, but not very close either. I'm tempted to cancel, especially since it's been so long since I made the appointment I can't remember exactly why I wanted one. I need a doctor, but I hesitate on such a low tipper when they charge how much per 10 minutes! Back when my AR was extremely low, I wouldn't have taken it. They also keep telling me they do take my insurance, then call to say don't-with a snotty attitude. She has great reviews, but I doubt them now.​Any advice? (I hate doctors)
