Opentable Credit How To?

Im sure this has been explained before but I couldn’t find anything after about a dozen posts.

How do you get the credit? Do you just order from an approved restaurant? Do you have to do an actual reservation through open table? Do I need to tell the restaurant I am using my reserve card? Thanks!
