Is this love bombing?
I met this guy on a dating app, and we’re both in our 20s. We’ve been on two dates so far.
On our first date, we ended up having sex. On the second date, he told me that I’m cute, beautiful, and attractive. He also said, “I like you. I'm in love with you,” but I thought it was too soon to say that.
I didn’t really know how to respond, so I just said thank you and laughed it off.
He said he’s looking for something long-term, or at least wants to see where things go. I’m also just seeing where things go. I like him as a person and I enjoy spending time with him, but I haven’t really figured out yet whether I like him romantically.
I’m wondering if saying “I love you” after only two dates could be considered love bombing, or if he’s just genuinely really into me.
What do you think?
