RESALE TICKETS NOT SHOWING UP ON MY TICKETMASTER

Hi, Is anyone else experiencing the same issue with Ticketmaster at the moment, i purchased a resale ticket off the website and received a confirmation email for my ticket but yet nothing is showing in my inventory still. I've been back and forth with Ticketmaster through email they just keep saying there's a delay in the ticket transfer.

Starting to think somethings up as i bought this ticket tuesday and still no barcode to be seen. ticketmaster have no helpline of course.....
