The deaths of Haymitch and Katniss Dad's mirroring their other family members deaths- coincidence?

I haven't seen anyone talking about it, but I just finished SOTR and this book has earned its place in my heart for sure. It's been some time since I read the trilogy so please don't come after me if it might have already been hinted at and I was just too oblivious to realise it, but I noticed something interesting. I wonder if anyone else thinks that way or if I am being delusional with my theory but i i feel like it was intentional that Katniss dad died in an explosion in the coal mines while prim later on also died from bombs so explosions and that Haymitch mom and brother were burned in their own home while his dad died in a coal mine fire. This can't be a coincidence and I think it makes the book soooo much better and especially snows entire character so much more hateable because I do connect all of these deaths to him and how every death he plans is designed to hurt the ones he wants to punish the most.

(I also thought about how maybe he poisoned Lenore because she reminded him of Lucy Gray and in songbirds and snakes he thought Lucy has sent a venomous snake after him but this really is far fetched and probably a too wide stretch considering that poison is kind of his thing with his roses and all)

I know it's nothing big but too me it just added so many more layers to it all and I was just curious if it was a common theory.
