Is it worth getting a private degree in my mid 30s if I already have 10 years of relevant experience?
I've spent over 10 years in ecommerce/brand management (mostly at one company, now looking to move on), with a diploma but no degree. A lot of the JDs I'm applying for has listed "Bachelor's degree in business or marketing" as a requirement, even though my actual experience seems to match everything else they're asking for.
Can anyone provide some insight or advice? Can a degree actually change anything for me at this career stage? Would a private degree at PSB/Kaplan get my resume past ATS filters?
Trying to figure out if it's worth the time/cost investment or if I'm better off spending that energy elsewhere.
Thank you!
