I'm 30 years post-op, and I still have a little bit of a bend in my surgical knee. Is it too late for MUA to destroy the scar tissue?

When I stand too long, my gait becomes a bit like Frankenstein's gait. I'm wondering if my Frankenstein style walk after a long day will go away if I have MUA to remove the scar tissue.

Asides from MUA, is there another way to destroy the scar tissue? Can lasers burn it away?
