Juniper Tree Pruning Help

Does anyone have a good recommendation for someone who prunes and shapes Spartan junipers? I’m also looking for someone who can wrap or protect them for the winter.
Looking in the Denver, Golden, Lakewood, or Arvada area. Thanks!
