Need Advice No Judgement 57 YO Significant Debt No Retirement Savings

Married, I make $136k gross, hub in significant debt w CC but doing debt consolidation plan, his income is variable but base salary is $110k, I have $150k in 401k, he doesn't have one. No savings. My car is paid off, his is not. We owe IRS over $25k bc of bad accountant and have been on payment plan for years as we always have a tax bill. Owe $281k on mortgage. I'm completely overwhelmed and don't know where to start and have serious anxiety disorder that makes me just spiral I dknow I need to start and just can't seem to.
