Windows' SystemTemp Folder is taking up a huge amount of storage

Windows trying to fill my storage up

Is it safe to delete this folder? I haven't heard much about it aside from the usual %temp% folder inside appdata. Windows isnt able to detect it even when using the disc cleanup tool, as it seems.
