does my laptop support USB-C power delivery?
I'm stumped. I bought a 65W power bank (hoco. model DB82) to be able to charge my HP Pavilion x360 convertible 14-dy0xxx laptop. However, it is not charging when I connect it to the laptop's USB-C port. I am using the 65W output. Here's what I already did:
- Connected the power bank to other laptops in the house which do support usb-c PD, and confirmed that they do charge just fine
- Tried looking into my laptop's BIOS in case there was any option I could toggle that was preventing PD from the USB-C, didn't find anything
Based on what I know, my laptop should be able to support USB-C PD just fine, that's why I'm confused
any help is appreciated, and I hope I provided the necessary info, if not then just point out what I need to clarify. Thanks!
