1BHK or a Room in HSR

I'm 24F,a working professional and I've got a job in HSR near sector 7. I'm looking for a nice place and I don't mind anything for the roommate really.

I have a two kittens,they'll stay with me part time. My partner will come to visit often but he has his place and we'll be in my room if it's a roommate situation.

The usual, cleanliness,paying rent on time and all of that.

Budget : 10k (maybe 11-12 in the worst case scenario)

Deposit: 30k

Move in : Mid Aug or latest Sep 1
