Interview question

Hi there! I currently am the ED of a small nonprofit (4.5 staff). I’ve been applying for jobs occasionally and landed an interview as the ED or a much larger organization (25+ staff).

Question being: has anyone made the jump from small to (relatively) large? Any idea what I should focus on in the interview?
