lost my three turns, will sharpening my blades fix this?

im currently working on single jumps (toe loop and salchow) and i need a three turn entrance for them but i lost them. i literally spin while during the turns. its been a while since i sharpened my skates and i definitely skated over 50 hours since i sharpened them. my coach says you turn too much and throw yourself into it. would sharpening fix this?
