Society needs to stop telling dateless men that they just need to "improve" in order to get a girlfriend

Sex / Gender / Dating

In reality, this whole "You just need to improoove, bro!" mantra is just a way to meant to distract romantically unsuccessful men from the fact that not everyone will get to experience intimacy. It is the dating equivalent of a corrupt government offering the populace free bread in order to prevent them from revolting.

I mean, do you honestly think that most men can't get a woman? I'm not even talking about a quality woman, I'm talking just a woman who finds them attractive enough to have sex with them, kiss them, hold hands with them, etc. Do you think your average pot-smoking high-schooler had to spend a decade lifting weights, going to therapy, or doing whatever else people say is required in order for a girl to like them? What about 20 year-old Hobo Joe who doesn't even wipe himself? What about the bigoted redneck who is terrible towards everyone, (Including women) yet is still married?

"Normie" men don't need to go looking for romance, it occurs naturally for them. All they need to do is exist within the proximity of the opposite sex and nature will take its course. They're not looking up "How to get girls to like you" on Wikihow. When you ask them how they met their girlfriend, they'll usually say some variation of "It just happened."

To people in general, having a girlfriend of fling isn't a big deal. It's just a casual part of life that everyone supposedly experiences, like going to the store. If you're told you need to "improve" in order to have something so basic that everyone pretty much takes for granted these days, it's already over for you.

In my opinion, men who are denied this would be less angry if society didn't constantly lie to them and instead admitted that it's okay to give up and that not everyone is meant to get the girl at the end. Some guys are genuinely too ugly, too neurodivergent, or just plain old unlucky. I mean, speaking as someone who was constantly told "It will definitely happen in x ammount of years!" I feel robbed.
