[Hobby] [RevShare] I'm not a programmer. I just have a game idea I can't stop thinking about.
I'll be honest upfront: I have zero coding skills. Zero drawing skills. I can't build this alone. But I have a complete game design, a clear vision, and a burning belief that this game needs to exist.
I'm looking for a team (or a co-founder) who wants to build something real together.
**The game in 30 seconds**
PROJECT: BREACH is a tactical extraction shooter set in a massive underground bunker. Isometric view, realistic military art style. 12-18 minute matches.
4 squads of operators (2-3 players each) breach the bunker. They fight each other, they fight the AI defenders, and they fight for the best loot. But one player is different — the **Phantom**, an invisible hunter who doesn't care about loot on the ground. He only hunts YOU.
Every match is different. Walls get breached, lights go out, alarms trigger, environmental events change the balance. You lose almost everything if you die. Three ways to extract. High risk, high reward.
**Why I think this could work**
- It blends PvP, PvE, and asymmetric gameplay in the same match — 4 squads fighting each other while a solo Phantom hunts them all
- Incredible replayability: every match plays differently because the map changes, the Phantom is different, and the player dynamics shift
- Browser-first, no barriers — no install, no download, runs on almost anything
- Low infrastructure costs — and I want to keep them low, because if I have to pay a lot for servers, that cost ends up on the players. I don't want that
- It's the kind of game where people naturally form groups, add each other after matches, and build communities around shared moments
**What I bring**
- A complete, detailed GDD (45 pages) with every system designed: breach mechanics, loot economy, operator classes, Phantom mutations, art direction, and more
- A technical specification (15 pages) that tells you exactly what to build and in what order
- Total dedication to making this happen. I can't code, I can't draw — but I can handle design, documentation, testing, game direction, community, production, playtesting, balancing, writing, marketing, whatever the team needs
**What I'm looking for**
A person or a small team that believes in the project and wants to co-own it. Revenue share, full partnership — this isn't a job, it's building something together.
P.S. I'm Italian, and if you're Italian too, that's awesome, I'd love to work with people from my own country. But honestly, I don't care where you're from. Game development is global: nationality doesn't matter, passion does.
