Should I take this ticket to court?

Location: Gilbert, Arizona
Ok so please mind my sporadic texting this just happened and im still a little frustrated, so I was driving from home
my pt appointment and this unmarked cop car is riding my ass for like a solid 5 minutes, so I speed up to get away from him he then speeds up and lights me up, when he walks up to window I respond “can I help you? Why were you riding my ass” he says he wasn’t and then he pulls me out of the car because he now wants to get me for a dui because he was very obviously riding my ass, I do his bullshit dui test pass it but he kept trying to say that my eyes were fluttering to much, he didn’t cite me for it, we were literally standing in the sun nothing I could’ve done about that. then after I pass his bullshit dui test he goes to car comes back and tries to say that the license plate on my car doesn’t belong to my car. and then his partner pulls up so dude pops out of his car fast af and then says that he’s only gonna cite me for speeding and I ask well how fast was I going and he says 62 so I asked how did he measure that speed, he said “I paced you” you only paced me going that fast because you had to speed up to catch me bc I sped up so he wasn’t riding my ass. Is this something I should take to court? I can’t really afford the ticket at the moment because I just had to rebuild my transmission. Just looking for advice. No I did not admit that I was speeding to the cop I am not that dumb I only mentioned that in here to give you guys an idea of what I was doing. I don’t feel like I need to add that part but some people are just mean and don’t read at all.
