Broken keyboard, steelseries wont comply to their own terms
I'll keep this simple, the leds on my keyboard (Apex pro TKL 2023) which was 300$ CAD broke in the span of two years which is unreasonable. Even leds on cheaper keyboards have a longer lifespan. In my province, there is a law that obligates the fabricant to refund or exchange if the consumer notices its lack of quality and lifespan. (The more you pay the better quality you get and the longer it should last). 300$ being in the high end prices of gaming keyboard, excluding customs, in my opinion, 2 years is unreasonable. Even for a cheap keyboard, 2 years is unreasonable and far from an industry standard. In their terms of warranty, it says they will comply to any local laws. However, they refuse to give me a refund or even an exchange. Is there anybody else that has had a problem with them? And if so, what did you do? I am willing to take further action. Thanks
