For context: Ants Viljandi (a logistics company with 20 employees, 10+ trucks, 300-400 loads a month) used to run the whole transportation management on Excel, email, phone and paper CMRs for years.

What Planlogi TMS replaced: Excel order lists, paper CMRs, phone dispatch, manual invoicing.

7 key improvements for Ants Viljandi:

* **Same day invoicing and a lot faster cash flow**. The invoice used to wait on the signed paper CMR getting back to the office, on international runs that was next-day or end-of-week. Now the invoices go out the day the load's delivered.
* **No more lost paperwork**. Driver signs the eCMR on his phone at handover, it's in the system instantly and sits in the cloud. And they haven't heard the good old "it's in the truck somewhere" eversince.
* **Every job gets invoiced**. Before Planlogi TMS, Ants Viljandi often had a situation where the CMR was left in a glovebox and the invoice just never went out.
* **Drivers love using the Planlogi driver app and say it's made their job a lot easier**. The app shows the load + address with directions, office pre-fills the fields, so there's almost nothing to tap. Drivers picked Planlogi driver app up fast.
* **15% weekly time saving from less manual work**. Same info used to be typed into Excel, then a job, then a Word CMR. Now one order feeds everything. Entering a load is several times quicker than the spreadsheet.
* **Automated accounting flow**. Planlogi is integrated with Ants Viljandi's accounting software, so one click turns the finished order into a sales invoice that lands in the books and the customer's inbox. The bookkeeper just reviews and approves.
* **10+ hours a week back and more efficient operations overall**. Plus "where's my shipment" is now a 5-second look into Planlogi TMS instead of a phone chain.

Why did Ants Viljandi choose Planlogi:

The problem with most TMS options is they're built (and priced) for big fleets. Most are just too complex or too expensive for small and mid-sized transport companies. Ants Viljandi chose Planlogi because it fit their budget, they wanted a quick implementation, a driver app that's simple and easy to use, and a TMS that would cover order management, driver dispatching and an eFTI recognised eCMR platform in one place.
