NEED improvement

I’ve played the game on and off for about 3-4 years, peaked silver 1 but currently hard stuck iron.. I’m not looking to become ascendant overnight or anything. Just looking for some help on what I can work on to improve over time.

I’ve noticed my aim isn’t terrible I believe I have about a 25% hs rate. What I think I lack in is positioning, timing, and a hard time focusing with pings / callouts. Possibly even more.

I’ve tried to watch YouTube videos but I have a hard time finding my personal play style or videos that go into depth about certain mechanics. I also don’t want to pay for a coach… if there’s any YouTubers or just little tricks and tips you’ve found to help you please comment or dm!
