Should I upgrade to DDR5 or upgrade my GPU first?

hello im trying to figure out what would make the most sense for my next upgrade.

Current PC specs:

CPU: Ryzen 7 5700X
GPU: RTX 5060
RAM: 32GB

monitor: 3440x1440 ultrawide

nag dadalawang isip kung mag upograde to ddr5, or keep ko nlng current platform ko and putting my money nlng toward a better GPU pref 5070.

using my system for gaming and video editing and motion design...
