Hoping to find a long-term friend! - 28M / EST / PC & Switch

Hello everyone!

I am a 28 year old guy, and I was hoping to try and make a friend or two who share similar interests!

A little bit about me:

* I've been happily married for 5 years, and my wife and I recently just welcomed our first baby into the world!
* Video gaming is my biggest hobby, but I do enjoy other things like movies, reading (my favorite is Dungeon Crawler Carl), and puzzles to name a few!
* The Legend of Zelda series has been my favorite since I was a kid!

I enjoy a wide variety of genres, and I love trying new games. The genres I love the most are roguelite, RPG, survival/crafting, puzzle, and indie games! I tend to gravitate more towards cooperative play rather than competitive since I try not to take gaming too seriously!

Right now I'm playing Baldur's Gate 3, and I'm hoping to get into the Remnant games soon. I'm always looking for another fun co-op adventure.

I've had a few friends in my life that I've shared my gaming interests with, but recently I've realized that I'm really missing having people who share my love for gaming! I work a full time job, and with the baby I don't have a ton of time to play, so I'm not looking for someone who's online every night or expects us to always be playing the same game. Honestly, I'd rather have one or two friends where we can occasionally jump into a new adventure, share what we're currently playing, or just hang out in Discord while we each play our own thing.
