41 [M4F] I am just so fucking defeated

I try to spice up our relationship. The only time she wants to hold my hand is at church or driving. Any time we go to bed I'm told "don't touch me." I woke up at 4 am so turned on. I wait 3 hours patiently to wake up only for her to grab her phone, scroll Facebook. I feel like I'm doing everything I can, bills are paid, I provide an environment so she can SAHM. She's going to start waking up to an empty bed. 🤷🏼
