Can Malaysian Fresh Graduates Work in Singapore’s Audit Firm?

I am graduating soon from top 5 university in Malaysia but my result not so good but above 3.0. I'm curious if anyone from Malaysia landed job in Singapore audit firm? I'm thinking of tax at the moment because I do love the job after doing my intern last time. Any possibility to get job even w/o any professional cert like acca/icaew/etc just with bachelor degree?
