What do i do and am i in the wrong

Recently my mum has been taking money without asking me im 19 and live with her first she took 40 to buy some stuff for me although i NEVER told her to and she didnt ask me then she took 54 for food shopping without telling me or asking me. Then obviously i got annoyed at her and she apologised and then added extra comments like im not supportive at all when the only reason im annoyed and i keep telling her is that she keeps taking money without telling me.
