Penile pain during erection. Will it heal?

14-20 days ago, I masturbated 4-5 times doing edging. Thereafter before bed consumed Cialis 5mg. During nocturnal erections felt pain/strain on right upper/middle underneath shaft region. It pained sharp then.

Last night I got strong nocturnal erections and again that region pained badly. The Erections were strong but so was the pain which was a strain kinda pain throughout. It pained like as if tube inside was shattered.

What's gone wrong? Will this heal with time?
