Prescription Says Delivered But It's Not Here?

I ordered my next prescription, and Ro had sent it via UPS, which says it was delivered on 2026-07-29. Instead of delivering it to my doorstep at my apartment, the UPS driver "delivered" it to the communal lockers of my apartment. However, there was no picture to prove the delivery and the driver did not put the package in the locker under my name (I did not get an alert I got a package in the communal locker). I asked my leasing office to open these communal lockers for me, and no package still in any of them.

I made a thread on Ro but it's going to take 1-3 business days for them to respond. Is there no live chat or number I can reach for this matter?
