Seeking insights into the outpatient landscape and practice climate in Colorado

Hi all,

I’m Registered Social Worker (RSW) in Ontario and saw an opportunity from a company seeking RSWs for relocation to Colorado.

I have a couple years experience in an outpatient setting at a children’s hospital here in Ontario and interested but curious to know what the outpatient or hospital setting is like in Colorado. Also curious to know if there’s truly a shortage and need for this. It almost seems too good to be true.
