Touchpad settings Apply button greyed out

Hello, I just recently switched my Lenovo Yoga laptop from win11 to KDE plasma. I am on version 6.7.3. I have zero experience with anything linux so help me like a newborn baby.

When trying to configure my touchpad settings, Enabling Tap to click, or Changing my right click by, the apply button just stays grey, it wont let me apply the changes. The only softwares that ive downloaded are easyaffects, discord, and brave. Also ive added a fingerprint but half the time it wont even let me use it.
