How do I make a ragdoll system?

I was wondering how to make a system where if the players falls for a certain amount of time they begin to ragdoll and one they hit a surface they return back to normal. I’ve been trying to find tutorials on YouTube but most of them are ones where I would have to download a model and they don’t explain anything about the codes.
