Do I need to do anything during flowering stage?

My peppers are responding super well to current feeding regime and the plant has exploded in size the last month. Yesterday I finally got first flowering.

Do I need to pollinate the flowers myself to get peppers? Or if I leave the plant alone wil lI be fine?
