After months of night work hours after day work hours, I finally shipped my first app. Wallaby, a travel folder to organize everything you don't want to organize
Last year I went on a trip with some friends and did all the planning: itineraries, dates, transport, tickets. That part is actually fun, we were going on the trip you've been looking forward to for months.
The problem hit when I was standing in line at a museum and couldn't remember if my ticket was printed, in some app, or buried in a confirmation email from 6 months ago.
My parents have solved this since always with a physical folder full of printouts. I decided to bring that idea into this century and built my own app instead.
So here's [Wallaby](https://apps.apple.com/app/wallaby-carpeta-de-viaje/id6788051945): basically a travel folder for organizing everything you don't want to organize:
\- Tickets, bookings, transport and accommodation in one place
\- Packing checklists (incoming suggestions per destination)
\- A "Trip Mode" that shows you a live timeline of your trip: next event, countdown, directions, and your ticket one tap away
\- Travel docs like passport/visa/insurance with expiry reminders
\- Notifications for next events
Built with SwiftUI + SwiftData, syncs via iCloud, no account needed.
It's my first app on the App Store, so any feedback is genuinely welcome! feature ideas, design, pricing, whatever you'd tell a friend. Happy to answer questions about the build too.
