What to expect when baby grows first teeth

Good morning or afternoon, depending on where you are :) My baby (4.5 mo) is teething and overnight I can suddenly see the impressions of his front bottom two teeth through his gums. So exciting!

Wondering what I should expect to change about breastfeeding when baby sprouts his first teeth. Will his latch change significantly? What have you noticed changed, if anything, with your baby’s first teeth?
